Job offer and demand

Offer and labor demand of my country Colombia.
To describe the supply and demand of my city it is better to speak a little more general and introduce the entire department of La Guajira.
Riohacha was classified as a tourist district. A small part of the income of citizens is based on tourism, as they are:
• The sale of meals, formal and informal
• hotel and excursion packages.
• Sales of typical crafts of the department (wayuu)
• Bars and discotheques
In addition to the tourist market, the inhabitants of the department have two large companies that are: Cerrejón, Ecopetrol and Corpoguajira. Cerrojon is one of the largest natural coal mining companies in the department and mostly contracted to a large part of the people in the department. Corpoguajira is an entity that is based on environmental improvement and management project and Ecopetrol is an oil extraction company.
Other sources of work in my city are companies in small sectors, such as shops, some foundations, hospitals and EPS, educational institutions, public transport, etc. Which are also common in any city.
