Labor laws

What would you change about labor policies in your city?
In my country Colombia and in my city Riohacha in the department of La Guajira. There are relatively new forms of labor contract, which as more than providing progress to the working population benefits the empowered business that as though it is not a bad thing, it is too unfair for the majority of the working class. As are the quarterly renewable fixed term contracts, which leaves the worker out of some bonus benefits, bonuses, vacations and others.
Also, contracts for the provision of services, which excludes workers from liquidation at the end of the contract, also excludes them from care for occupational hazards, health and pension, who are mostly assumed by the workers themselves and not by the company. Another type of norm that although it is not legal is very usual in our country is not to contract people over 35 who consider themselves an old person, denying the to a person to work.
